JOB SUMMARY
We're looking for a seasoned behavioral health leader to lead the frontline staff at our residential treatment facility in South Ogden, UT. In addition to being skilled in caring for those struggling with substance use disorder and dual diagnoses, our Residential Operations Director will have strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication, great attention to detail and organization, and work well in multidisciplinary teams.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Residential Operations Director supervises and leads the daily living activities at the residential treatment facility, including patient care, assisting patients with medication administration, administrative duties, campus supervision, crisis management, leading or assisting with group or recreational activities for residents, and coordinating with clinical staff to implement individual treatment plans. Additionally, the Residential Operations Director provides direction, training, and shift coverage to life technicians, supporting them in their duties and responsibilities to ensure quality patient care.
QUALIFICATIONS
Current Medication Aide, CNA, or Medical Assistant certification in the state of Utah Phlebotomy certification At least two years' experience working in a residential/behavioral healthcare setting At least one year leadership/management experience
