The Restaurant Operating Partner Leadership Role As a Restaurant Operating Partner (ROP), you are the leader of your restaurant, coaching and developing team members so you, your team members and your store are successful. As the business leader, you have operational and financial responsibility for your restaurant (financial, labor, hospitality, etc.). In the ROP role, you will hire, train, and develop team members and managers that share the Freddy's and JRI Hospitality culture and commitment to great food, exceptional hospitality and a relentless focus on cleanliness and safety. Simply put, as a leader, the ROP sets the tone for the restaurant, ensuring its business success and that it becomes a place where team members have fun and people want to work. Successful ROPs focus on and consistently achieve objectives via key performance indicators (KPIs) such as driving sales, guest count, profitability, hospitality, safety and cleanliness, food, and labor costs, etc. We're more than your next job•we work together to inspire, encourage, share a passion and demonstrate our love for food & hospitality! Variable Compensation:
Bonus Eligible Requirements:
Prior restaurant and/or hospitality management experience. A hospitality focus and strong communications skills. Ability to build a team, then mentor the team to ensure their success. Ability to work a variety of hours to include days, nights, and weekends. Experience in the following areas is preferred, but not required: financial statements, inventory, staff scheduling, and guest relations.
