Field Operations Supervisor

Full-Time (Field-Based) Constanto Group is a Maryland-based General Contracting firm specializing in turn-key multifamily renovations and office conversions. Our team leverages technology, collaboration, and leadership to deliver high-quality results across Virginia, D.C., and Maryland. We are seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to support our field teams during renovations. This role is responsible for coordinating daily activities, inspecting work quality, enforcing safety standards, and supporting superintendents and project managers to ensure the successful execution of projects. This is not an office or remote position— frequent travel to active job sites in Northern Virginia and D.C. is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations, assisting in the coordination of crews and subcontractors. Monitor progress, identify field issues, and escalate as needed to the Superintendent or Project Manager. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company and client standards. Enforce site safety protocols and report any safety concerns immediately. Communicate daily with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and building management. Assist in gathering site information for bids, change orders, and project planning. Track material usage and deliveries; ensure job site cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in commercial and/or multifamily renovation projects (required) Experience supervising or leading small construction teams on-site (preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills; must be proficient in email and basic reporting Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and scopes of work Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred Familiarity with safety compliance and job site protocols Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

Schedule:

Monday to Saturday 8-hour shift

Work Location:

Primarily in the field across active projects in VA, D.C., and MD. This is not a remote position.

$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
