Job Description
Required:
5+ years construction experience Experience operating construction equipment Experience leading crews Strong work ethic and leadership ability Ability to read construction plans and specifications Valid driver's licensePreferred:
Water, wastewater, civil, utility, or marine infrastructure experience Inspection and rehabilitation experience Physical Requirements Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to climb, kneel, crouch, and work on uneven terrain Ability to safely operate heavy equipment and power tools Work Environment Work is performed primarily in outdoor field environments with limited office responsibilities. Daily activities take place on active construction sites, utility facilities, marine environments, transportation corridors, and industrial properties.Field conditions may include:
Extreme temperatures, humidity, and weather conditions Rain, mud, wind, and adverse site environments Marine and waterfront conditions Proximity to open excavations and heavy equipment Confined space entry situations Elevated work locations and fall hazards Exposure to construction noise, dust, and active work zones Why This Role Matters The Foreman / Equipment Operator is a critical leader within Blueform's field organization.
