We specialize in concrete washout recycling and site vacuuming, offering unparalleled expertise and service. Concrete Washout Solutions VA division Greensite Concrete Washout helps contractors stay compliant with EPA regulations while promoting sustainability on job sites. We're looking for a results-driven individual to lead sales and assist with daily operations for Greensite Concrete Washout. This role combines outside sales, client management, and administrative oversight, including scheduling, and team coordination. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Drive new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and site visits Meet with contractors and suppliers to present services and close deals Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and service agreements Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals Maintain accurate CRM records, job tracking, and sales activity reports Ensure compliance with EPA and local environmental regulations Oversee daily field operations by working closely with dispatch to ensure our fleet and drivers are attended to timely Assist with container and yard maintenance Assist with onboarding and supporting field staff as the division grows Experience 3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience (construction or environmental services preferred) Experience with field team coordination or operations is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM software Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Pay $80,000- $100,000 OTE
•On-target earnings consist of base salary plus sales commission
