The incumbent serves as the Director, Center Operations Directorate at NASA's Langley Research Center with responsibility to provide crucial operations, engineering, maintenance, logistics, and environmental services. The incumbent is responsible for providing an integrated institutional assets management function for the Center while revitalizing the Center's infrastructure to meet the needs of future NASA missions.

Qualifications:

As a basic requirement for entry into the Senior Executive Service (SES) under a career appointment, you must clearly articulate and describe within your 2-page resume that you possess the Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) and Mandatory Technical Qualifications MTQ(s) related to this position . Demonstrated experience developing and executing facility master plans for the cost-effective optimization of physical assets and investment portfolio strategies that align with organization mission and goals and leading and managing a multi-faceted organization responsible for operations and maintenance of facilities which may include engineering, facility services, project management, environmental management programs, logistics support services, real property and space utilization, and export control.
