MANTECH is seeking a motivated, customer-oriented Business Operations Manager - Defense Acquisitions to help support our current Marine Corps Systems Command Contract in Stafford, VA . The ideal candidate will assume the Business Operations Lead role for our Marine Corps customer. The successful candidate will work directly with the government Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and senior staff to ensure the efficient execution of daily operations across the organization. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Serve as the Business Operations Manager within a fast paced, complex operating environment focused on the development, fielding, and sustainment of intelligence and cyberspace capabilities in support of the Fleet Marine Force. Oversee a comprehensive quality management and compliance program across numerous portfolio capabilities, projects, and initiatives. Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and extensive knowledge of the Department of the Navy Correspondence Manual (SECNAV
