6:00 AM-3:30 PM | Average 58+ hours per week •schedule may vary based on operational needs, emergency repairs, and field demands• Key Responsibilities Serve as the company's primary resource for utility damage prevention and utility coordination efforts Conduct field audits to ensure crews are properly identifying, locating, protecting, and working around underground and overhead utilities Monitor and track utility strikes, service interruptions, shutdowns, near misses, and other field incidents Investigate utility damages and operational incidents to determine root causes and identify corrective actions Analyze trends, metrics, and performance data to help reduce utility conflicts, shutdowns, and preventable incidents Partner with Operations, Project Management, and Safety teams to improve field processes and jobsite execution Review utility layouts, construction plans, and project documents to identify potential utility conflicts before work begins Utilize Bluebeam to review plans, perform markups, and document findings.
