Job Description

A leading heavy civil contractor is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support bridge rehabilitation, bridge replacement, and specialty infrastructure projects. This role offers a strong career path toward becoming a Superintendent . Responsibilities Assist with daily field operations and crew coordination. Lead and supervise project foremen. Coordinate subcontractors, equipment, materials, and site logistics. Monitor schedules, progress, safety, and quality. Maintain daily reports and project documentation. Communicate field issues and updates to project leadership. Qualifications Construction, field operations, or crew leadership experience preferred. Heavy civil, bridge, or concrete repair experience is a plus. Ability to read construction plans and specifications. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
OSHA 10/30
preferred. Valid driver's license required. Willingness to travel. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required. Compensation & Benefits $105,000-$125,000 base salary , with total target compensation of approximately $115,000-$140,000 including per diem and bonus. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, holidays, stock investment program, and company vehicle for qualifying roles.
