Team Proven Leadership:

2-3 years of hands-on management experience in the waste industry, logistics, heavy industrial, or a similar blue-collar sector.

Education:

A BA/BS degree is desired, but equivalent real-world leadership and operational experience are highly valued.

Safety Mindset:

Ability to meet relevant criteria for safety-sensitive functions; a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a strong plus.

Communication & Grit:

Strong communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with drivers on the yard and present performance data clearly to executive leadership. What We Offer (Our Investment in You!)
