Job Description
Vermont Sun is looking for a dependable, friendly, and motivated Evening Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, and is comfortable taking the lead when needed. The position includes afternoon and evening hours, as well as weekends . Responsibilities include front desk operations, customer service, light cleaning, pool upkeep and monitoring, opening/closing duties, assisting and training staff, addressing member concerns, maintaining a clean and welcoming facility, and helping ensure daily operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is responsible, organized, dependable, and comfortable making decisions independently. Previous customer service, fitness, management, or supervisory experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
