• We're looking for a Grow Manager to lead our grow team: organizing the work, working alongside the crew, and making sure everything that's supposed to happen, happens. This is a hands-on, lead-by-example role. You'll be on the floor watering, defoliating, and maintaining canopy right beside your team(you + two Grow Technicians + additional flex staff as needed) — and you'll own the structure that keeps a complex grow schedule running: task tracking, sign-offs, communication, and follow-through. You report to the Operations Manager and coordinate closely with the Head Grower/COO, who leads plant strateg., Our system is built to produce at a high level. What it needs is a leader who brings organization, accountability, and a standard of excellence and holds it. Responsibilities Oversee and participate in daily grow tasks: watering, defoliation, canopy maintenance, transplants, and harvest Organize and direct the grow team's daily work — scheduling, task assignment, and quality oversight Work closely with the Head Grower/COO and Operations Manager to plan, facilitate, and execute the grow schedule Track and own key grow events and metrics such as SOPs, amendment applications, scheduled tasks, environmental checks, and sign-offs Maintain clean, orderly grow spaces and clear communication across the team Ensure cultivation operations comply with Vermont Cannabis Control Board (CCB) regulations Coach the crew, build good habits, and surface problems early What Success Looks Like Hitting your metrics, notably yield performance, adherence to schedule, team performance, which directly drive your performance pay. Scheduled work verified done, on time. Organized rooms. A crew that communicates problems early and takes pride in its work. Qualifications 21+ years of age; able to obtain and maintain Vermont CCB work credentials Commercial cannabis cultivation experience Experience leading or supervising a team doing high-volume hands-on work Strong organizational habits: task tracking, record-keeping, shared docs/calendars Comfortable with sustained physical work — long days on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs, harvest weeks that demand real stamina Living soil / organic cultivation experience a plus Familiarity with environmental monitoring (sensors, VPD, CO₂) Compensation & Benefits $50,000 base salary $5,000-$10,000/year performance-based pay, tied to harvest results 50% of health insurance premium covered
