$23.80/hr About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, performance-driven Onsite Supervisor to oversee daily workflow, lead a team, and support excellence in remittance operations. Our client's Receivable Operations division provides lockbox services to corporate, public sector, and federal government clients. This team ensures customers can efficiently process traditional paper-based payments by capturing remittance data and delivering accurate, timely output files for accounts-receivable updates. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily workflow for assigned processing workgroups Manage a team of full-time and part-time frontline associates Build and maintain strong customer relationships using service-improvement tools Maintain direct ownership of remittance processing productivity and quality Allocate work efficiently to maximize throughput Monitor shift performance, escalate delays, and resolve processing issues Coach and develop Team Leads and Operations team members Foster a highly engaged, teamwork-driven environment Ensure strict adherence to customer guidelines, bank policies, audit, and security standards Conduct regular performance feedback and counseling with associates Adapt effectively to changing business needs and priorities Requirements Minimum 2 years of onsite supervisory/leadership experience, ideally in remittance processing Background in employee engagement, training, and ongoing coaching Strong ability to motivate, lead, and maintain visibility with teams Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadline-driven tasks Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and internal systems Strong decision-making, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and levels of the organization Core leadership strengths: planning, motivation, problem-solving, conflict resolution, analysis, team-building, and interpersonal skills
