Arlington, WA | Full-Time | $25-$30/hour DOE Ready to take the lead on restoration projects and build your career in the industry? SERVPRO Team Leavens is looking for a hands-on Restoration Crew Leader to join our Arlington team. This is a great fit for someone with restoration, mitigation, construction, or similar field experience who knows how to get the job done, work well with customers, and keep a crew moving in the right direction. Already working as a Lead or Foreman? We'd love to put that experience to work. Are you an experienced Restoration Technician who's ready for more responsibility? We want to hear from you, too. You'll lead a small crew on water, fire, and mold restoration projects while still working alongside your team in the field. We'll provide the training, certifications, equipment, and support you need to keep building your skills and advancing your career. What You'll Do Lead a 2-3 person crew on residential and commercial restoration projects Perform and oversee water extraction, demolition, structural drying, and mold remediation Evaluate damaged materials and determine what can be cleaned, restored, or removed Keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and according to SERVPRO and industry standards Coordinate contents cleaning, packing, moving, and storage as needed Remove and replace materials including drywall, flooring, framing, and other building materials Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate project updates Keep vehicles, equipment, and job sites clean, organized, and ready for work Communicate professionally with customers during stressful situations Coach and support crew members while setting the standard for quality and safety What We're Looking For Experience in restoration, mitigation, construction, demolition, maintenance, or another hands-on trade Leadership ability and confidence directing a small crew in the field Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Good communication and customer service skills Comfortable using hand and power tools Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and perform physical field work Availability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including some nights and weekends Even Better If You Have 1-2+ years of restoration or mitigation experience Previous Crew Lead, Foreman, or field leadership experience IICRC certifications such as WRT, ASD, or FSRT Don't have every certification yet? That's okay. For the right candidate, we'll invest in continued training and paid industry certifications.
