Operations Manager Ocean5 & Table 47 The Operations Manager is responsible for organizing, scheduling, and planning for all front of house operational details for Table 47 restaurant & Ocean5 activities spaces. The Operations Manager will train, manage, and schedule all front of house team members, manage operational costs, maintain budget, and maintain the high quality and service expectations for Ocean5 & Table 47 operations.

Essential Functions:
Oversees all FOH operations and ensures that all service details are executed. Actively listens and resolves guests' and client issues Responsible for the performance of the service staff, including direct supervision of the FOH staff, and other team members. Appraise team's performance and address any coaching or training opportunities. Holds all team members accountable for performance, uniform guidelines, and Coordination and scheduling of staff. Collaborate with Catering/Sales, Banquet Manager, and the Culinary team to ensure that quality service is provided for all guests. Manage and coordinate with all departments interfacing with the guest journey, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational flow. Manage the cost and quality control of services. Be an active liaison between the guests and other team members to ensure outstanding customer service while maintaining company procedures and complying with company policies - Notice opportunities and take action to facilitate social interactions with families. Lead team by personal example. Maintain all equipment and facilities in an organized, clean, safe environment. Review each event's success and prepare overview report for marketing / sales team. Analyze guest and team member feedback and provide strategic direction to continuously improve overall experience and social media ratings Communicate any areas of need, problems, and concerns from guests to the Director of Operations and all other department Perform monthly inventories and order supplies as needed in collaboration with the Director of Operations and other Operation Managers. Complete administrative tasks as assigned by The Director of Operations Understand and committed to sustainable and eco friendly values. Handle misconduct of team members and take appropriate action. This includes all codes of conduct and policies written in the Ocean 5 Team Member handbook and the Performance Summary. Qualifications 5+ years in a Hospitality Management role Understanding of personalized services, emotional engagement principles and processes Excellent organizational, negotiating skills along with outstanding communication and active listening skills Ability to lift 50 lbs or more on a continuous basis or when needed. Ability to work flexible hours - nights, weekends, holidays Highly responsible and reliable with a professional presentation Must be 21 years or older. Food worker card required (not required to apply; must obtain before 1st day of employment) MAST Permit required (not required to apply; must obtain before 1st day of employment) Must have evening and weekend availability.
