successful candidate will have experience in the senior living space as either a seasoned executive director looking for career growth or a seasoned regional who has experience in supporting senior living communities. At Senior Services of America we strive to be visible and supportive to our communities and we are looking for a leader to provide the same support and customer service to our teams, families, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing and ensuring the quality operations of our Assisted Living/Memory Care communities Successfully leading operational needs and facility management teams Work independently and support key team members. Have knowledge of and ensure compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations and laws. A Regional Director of Operations at SSA will oversee a portfolio of communities is either WA, OR, or ID, or a combination. Each unique community wants a RDO that can support the onsite teams and help provide oversight for compliance and to maintain the best living and working environments in senior living. We need a positive and energetic RDO that wants to drive performance, set standards and be a change agent in our company!
