This role requires a hands-on leader passionate about process optimization, systems implementation, and driving operational efficiency across warehousing, logistics, and customer care functions. Position Responsibilities Process Optimization & Quality Identify, lead, and execute high-impact process improvement projects across warehouse, logistics, and customer care Establish and maintain quality standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for product handling, storage, and order execution Monitor key operational performance indicators and implement corrective actions to enhance execution and consistency Systems & Implementation Lead the planning, execution, and adoption of warehouse management systems (WMS) or related supply chain technologies Drive change management and training initiatives to ensure successful rollout and user adoption of new tools and processes Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design scalable workflows and maintain data integrity within operational systems Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as a thought partner to functional leaders, providing operational expertise to improve daily execution Support development of scalable, tech-enabled workflows across order release, fulfillment, and customer support Lead business operations initiatives that support overall supply chain performance and customer satisfaction Prerequisites 3 to 5+ years of leadership experience in warehousing, supply chain, or operations management Proven track record leading WMS or system implementations in multi-site environments Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and best practices in inventory management Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence without direct authority Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen certifications Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar credentials What the Role Offers Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $140,000 Performance-based bonus opportunities Generous product discounts Paid statutory holidays Professional development and career growth opportunities Engaging team culture with monthly events and stocked kitchen Why Kent?
