Program Manager, Content Onboarding Operations We deliver 1,300+ free ad-supported streaming channels to millions of customers across multiple international marketplaces, with a target of 3,000+ channels from 500+ partners by 2028. We are scaling our partner program globally, expanding into new locales, and building Creator Studio as the self-service solution for partner channel and content management. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of partner onboarding, operations, technical program management, and product advocacy. We are looking for a Program Manager to own partner onboarding and operations, manage onboarding projects with cross-functional teams (BD, Product, Engineering), and serve as the operational point of contact for partners encountering issues outside the self-service workflow. You will translate partner friction into actionable tooling requirements, drive accountability across teams, and ensure partners get to live quickly and stay healthy post-launch.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end partner onboarding projects, stepping in when non-standard situations arise or escalations are needed Serve as first line of operational support for partners experiencing content pipeline, metadata, feed, or payment issues Join external partner calls to walk through technical integration requirements (MRSS/JSON feeds, metadata schemas, content ingestion workflows) and Creator Studio capabilities Interface with BDs and partners across international marketplaces to ensure onboarding processes scale across new locales Define and propose tooling feature requirements based on patterns observed in partner issues and feedback Track engineering tickets on behalf of partners, provide clear context to dev teams, and drive resolution timelines Build mechanisms to report onboarding progress, partner health, and issue trends to leadership Drive international expansion readiness including per-region payment setup, metadata localization, rights verification, and QA Identify and implement process improvements that reduce partner time-to-live and decrease repeat issues Manage a recurring cadence of partner syncs, tracking open issues and coordinating resolution Communicate program status, risks, and trade-offs to Directors and VPs through written narratives A Day in the
Life:
You start the morning reviewing open partner tickets, checking which onboarding milestones are at risk, and prepping for a partner call where you will walk a new content provider through their feed integration setup. Mid-morning you join a standup with engineering to escalate a metadata ingestion bug affecting three partners across two marketplaces, providing reproduction steps and a proposed fix. After lunch you connect with a BD counterpart in another locale to align on an incoming partner's onboarding timeline, then draft a feature proposal based on a recurring partner pain point you have tracked over the past month. You close the day updating your onboarding tracker and sending a status summary to leadership on international expansion progress.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of program or project management experience Experience managing cross-functional projects with technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience with content operations, partner onboarding, or platform enablement at scale Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with content delivery pipelines, feed management, or streaming media operations Experience working with international partners across multiple time zones and locales Familiarity with self-service tooling platforms and product feedback loops Comfort operating across BD, Product, and Engineering in a fast-moving environment Track record of building operational mechanisms from scratch
