Duties Develop, implement, and manage programs that support residents. Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Establish and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards within the behavioral health field. Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments for improvement. Provide guidance in administrative functions related to program operations. Advocate for the needs of individuals served by the organization, ensuring their voices are heard. Experience Proven experience in caregiving or a related field is essential. Strong background in program development and management, particularly. Demonstrated skills in relationship management and collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Experience in supervising staff and managing teams effectively. A qualified caregiver by state of Washington.
