This is a hands-on leadership role focused on team development, customer service, safety, and operational excellence . What You'll Do Lead by example and uphold The Metro Way . Coach, mentor, and develop Customer Service Representatives and supervisors. Help create a motivated, high-performing team. Partner with Training to support employee development. Assist with scheduling and labor management. Help maintain facility, equipment, and property standards. Serve as the Site Safety Officer and promote a safe work environment. Support customer satisfaction and loyalty. Open and close the location according to Metro standards. What We're Looking For Strong leadership and communication skills.
