Team Lead Junk Commandos Tacoma, WA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $23.00 - $25.50 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Outdoor work Moving Driver's License Cleaning Crew management Waste removal Full Job Description Pay $23.00-$25.50 per hour DOE Job Type Full-time What You'll Be Doing Driving and operating hooklift dumpster trucks safely Leading junk removal and cleanout jobs Loading, unloading, and hauling materials Assisting with light demolition and labor tasks Working with crews on residential and commercial job sites Communicating professionally with customers Completing pre-trip inspections and basic equipment checks Maintaining clean trucks, trailers, and equipment Helping keep jobs organized, efficient, and on schedule Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record Experience driving trucks and/or trailers preferred Ability to lift heavy items repeatedly throughout the day Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Leadership mindset and ability to direct a crew when needed Professional attitude with customers and teammates Must be able to pass background check and/or drug screening if required Preferred Experience Junk removal Moving Demolition Dumpster delivery Hooklift or roll-off truck experience Trailer backing and maneuvering Crew lead or foreman experience About Us Junk Commandos is a veteran-owned company serving Tacoma and surrounding areas.
