Positions serve both residential and commercial clients. The Perks of CleanWorks Work for a company that cares about you and supports your family Get paid biweekly (and the opportunity to earn tips) Enjoy a positive, drama-free work environment PTO What We're Looking For Cleaning Specialists must: Be reliable and dependable Have a positive attitude Self-motivated Work on your own or in a pair occasionally Be able to handle feedback from a supervisor Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and vehicle insurance Have a smartphone with call, text and data capabilities Be physically able to perform cleaning tasks including: standing for up to 8 hours at a time, walking up stairs, bending, kneeling, twisting, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 25lbs. Schedule Options We are hiring for Cleaning Specialists to work between 10-35 hours per week, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-4pm. Must be able to work at least 2 days a week, 6 hour shifts Flexible with which days of the week Cleaning Specialists work but MUST be consistent from week to week. (Example, always working Monday, Wednesday, Friday) Flexible hours due to dropping children off at school and picking up from school (if applicable) Pay and Compensation/Benefits and Incentives Starting pay: $18.00 per hour Opportunity for tips from clients Paid drive time between cleans PTO Referral incentive Reliability incentive Bonus incentives Service Area and Travel Expectations Office located in Kaukauna, WI We service homes within approximately a 30 mile radius of our office Must be able to travel up to 45 minutes one way per clean We schedule efficiently and typical travel is less, but you must be able to travel Work location On the road (varies depending on client location) Join us in creating comfortable and clean environments for our clients!
