Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business activities and ensure smooth operational workflows. This role involves managing inventory, coordinating purchasing, supervising staff, and supporting various logistical functions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in supervising teams, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently to contribute to the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and accuracy. Coordinate purchasing activities to maintain supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Supervise warehouse operations, including scheduling installation crews, warehouse labor such as order picking, and handling service orders when needed. Ensure forklift operation safety by maintaining forklift certification and overseeing safe handling procedures. Assist with sales activities as required, providing operational support to meet customer needs. Schedule installations, warehouse tasks, and service appointments to maximize productivity and meet deadlines. Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to foster a productive work environment. Monitor operational processes for continuous improvement opportunities and implement best practices. Qualifications Proven experience in supervising teams within an operational or warehouse environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in inventory management and purchasing processes. Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively supervise staff and coordinate with other departments. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and solve problems efficiently. Pay:
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
