Key Responsibilities:

Support and supervise staff in group homes Ensure safety, quality care, and person-centered services for residents Maintain compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations Train, mentor, and develop team members Assist with daily living activities and medication administration Manage staffing schedules and respond to emergencies or incidents Communicate with families, guardians, and care teams Oversee household operations, budgets, and required documentation Participate in on-call rotations and fill in as needed Ready to Apply?
