Fox & Field Landscaping is looking for an experienced landscape construction leader to help build and run our field operation. You will be involved from estimating through final walkthrough, helping price the work, build and lead crews, plan projects, oversee execution, and ensure we deliver exceptional work for our customers. Responsibilities Participate in site visits and help estimate labor, materials, equipment, and project complexity Review project scope and estimates before proposals are finalized Build, lead, and develop foremen and landscape crews Plan and oversee landscape construction projects from start to finish Coordinate crews, materials, equipment, and subcontractors Maintain strong standards for quality, safety, productivity, and jobsite organization Communicate directly with homeowners throughout the project Track labor, materials, and project results against estimates Protect project margin while maintaining quality and customer experience Use completed projects to improve estimating and operating processes Qualifications Your experience and track record matter more to us than a particular degree or previous job title. Significant residential landscape construction experience Strong experience with paver patios and retaining walls Knowledge of grading, drainage, excavation, base preparation, compaction, and wall construction Experience with planting and softscape installation Experience estimating landscape construction projects Experience leading crews and developing field leaders Strong customer communication skills Good judgment around labor, materials, equipment, scheduling, and project profitability Compensation When the operation performs exceptionally well, we want the person leading it to share meaningfully in that success. $105,000 annual base salary plus an aggressive performance bonus opportunity. Bonus performance will be tied to quality, customer experience, and project margin.
