Role:

Gym Director As the Gym Director, you'll be the heartbeat of our gym, leading our team and students to thrive. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, inspire your team to deliver exceptional experiences, and focus on long-term growth and development. From teaching classes to driving revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction, you'll play a key role in making The Little Gym magic happen every day. What You'll Do Teaching & Gym Experience Teach 20%-25% of weekly classes (depending on gym numbers and staffing), bringing energy and fun to every session Ensure every child and family experiences the joy and magic of The Little Gym. Gym Efficiency Manage schedules to maximize profitability and efficiency. Ensure daily responsibilities are completed on time and prioritize key management tasks. Communicate effectively with staff and customers to maintain smooth operations. Oversee class quality, ensuring consistency and timeliness. Handle escalated customer concerns with a focus on satisfaction and retention. Responsibility of class schedule and ensuring that each class is properly scheduled and taught Staff Management Hire, onboard, and schedule staff to meet the gym's needs. Provide ongoing training and hold staff accountable for performance. Address disciplinary issues and foster a supportive, high-performing team culture. Gym & Financial Growth Streamline marketing campaigns, from lobby graphics to email and text outreach. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and address challenges to drive growth. Assist in tracking revenue and ensuring year-over-year growth. Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) for events, campaigns, and offers.
