United Alloy is hiring a 1st Shift Operations Supervisor to lead production in our Paint and Assembly Department in Janesville, WI. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on safety, accountability, and hitting daily production goals in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment. What You'll Do Lead and develop paint and assembly production teams on the shop floor Set daily production goals and hold teams accountable Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met Be present on the floor — remove barriers and support your team Coordinate across shifts to maintain production flow Review timekeeping, approve PTO, and manage attendance Support training, coaching, and progressive discipline when needed Drive continuous improvement in welding and fabrication operations What You Bring 6+ years of production leadership experience Strong understanding of shop floor production environments Ability to read blueprints and use basic shop tools Experience working with overhead cranes (preferred) Strong communication and accountability mindset Proven leadership in driving performance and culture

Education:
