Job Summary Operations Manager For Sunset Towing And Auto Repair Primary Responsibilities Daily Operations

MUST HAVE 5+ YEARS OF PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN THE TOWING AND RECOVERY EXPERIENCE!

Manage all daily towing operations. Supervise drivers and dispatchers. Ensure every shift is properly staffed. Monitor response times and driver performance. Solve operational issues quickly. Mechanic shops. Order Parts and Inventory. Fleet Management Schedule preventive maintenance. Ensure all trucks are clean and ready for service. Track repairs and maintenance costs. Monitor equipment inspections. Employee Management Hire and train new employees. Conduct performance evaluations. Coach and discipline employees when necessary. Create work schedules. Maintain company culture and accountability. Dispatch Oversight Ensure calls are dispatched efficiently. Prioritize police, commercial, and emergency calls. Reduce response times. Monitor GPS and driver locations. Customer Relations Resolve customer complaints.

Pay:

$54,734.38 - $65,916.67 per year
