We are seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead our concrete, masonry, and carpentry field operations. This position is responsible for ensuring crews are properly staffed, equipped, organized, and supported to execute projects safely, efficiently, and profitably. Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and direction for concrete, masonry, and carpentry field operations. Lead and develop superintendents, foremen, and crew leaders while establishing clear expectations and accountability. Ensure crews have the manpower, materials, equipment, and information needed to perform effectively. Coordinate manpower and resources across projects as priorities and schedules change. Maintain a strong field presence and regularly visit active projects to monitor performance and provide support. Work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, and company leadership to align field operations with project requirements and company goals. Develop consistent systems for crew planning, production, manpower utilization, equipment, materials, and project readiness. Establish and monitor KPIs related to productivity, labor efficiency, schedule, quality, safety, and profitability. Identify operational issues and opportunities for improvement, and implement practical solutions. Promote and enforce a strong culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. Recruit, coach, develop, and retain strong field leaders and crew members. Partner with company leadership to implement improved processes, systems, and best practices across the division. Requirements 10+ years of progressive commercial construction experience with significant field leadership experience. Extensive knowledge of concrete, masonry, and general construction operations. Previous experience as a General Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, Superintendent, or similar field leadership role. Proven experience managing multiple crews, projects, superintendents, and foremen. Strong understanding of construction scheduling, manpower planning, productivity, and cost control. Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and hold field teams accountable. Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to use performance data and KPIs to improve field operations. Experience implementing new systems, improving processes, and leading change. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office. OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training preferred. Valid driver's license and ability to travel between active project locations as needed.
