Duties - Deli Operations Manager Supervise daily deli operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure top-quality service. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability. Train, develop, and motivate staff on food safety standards, customer service skills, and operational procedures. Ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety protocols to maintain a safe dining environment. Lead shift management by coordinating staffing schedules, overseeing customer interactions, and resolving issues promptly. Conduct staff interviews and participate in hiring decisions to build a skilled and motivated team. Deli Operations Manager - Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation, kitchen management, or overseeing food service operations within quick service or fast food restaurants. Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality or restaurant settings. Familiarity with inventory control, food safety management, and budgeting principles. Excellent communication skills for managing teams effectively and providing exceptional customer service. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Prior experience in fine dining, casual dining, catering, or banquet settings is highly desirable.
