Then we lock in and get it done right. The Role We're looking for an Operations Admin who will be the friendly face and steady heartbeat of our office. You'll keep the phones humming, the service trucks rolling, the parts stocked, and the customers happy. If you enjoy variety, love helping people, and take pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks, you'll fit right in. What You'll Do Answer phones, emails, and texts with that perfect mix of warmth and professionalism (customers should feel like they're talking to a helpful friend who actually knows what they're doing) Schedule service repairs and manage technician routes so our guys are in the right place at the right time Keep laundry chemical deliveries on track and coordinated Handle accounts receivable — chasing payments without losing the friendly tone Create sales quotes and support the sales process Manage office operations and keep our warehouse/spare parts inventory organized and accurate Jump into whatever needs doing — we're a small team, so flexibility is key Who You Are You have excellent phone, email, and text communication skills You're friendly, approachable, and helpful by nature You actually give a sh•t — about the job, the customers, and the company You can be relaxed and fun when things are smooth, but you get dead serious when it matters You're organized, detail-oriented, and great at juggling priorities Experience with ERP/CRM systems is a big plus, but we mainly need someone who's willing and able to learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Salesforce Service No need to be a laundry expert — we'll teach you the industry. We just want someone who shows up ready to own their role and be part of a team that actually enjoys working together.
