Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented FSQA Site Manager to join our team in New London, WI. In this role, you will oversee the Food Safety and Quality Assurance operations at our facility, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities Lead and manage the FSQA team to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards. Develop and implement FSQA policies and procedures to enhance product safety and quality. Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor adherence to safety protocols. Collaborate with production and operations teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Provide training and support to staff on food safety practices and quality assurance processes. Maintain accurate documentation and records related to food safety and quality assurance. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in food safety and quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., FDA, USDA) and quality management systems. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

ISO 22000 FDA
Regulations Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Quality Control Experience
ISO 9001
Certification Experience Quality Control Data Analysis Machines & technologies you'll use: Quality Control Software (PC-DMIS, Calypso, 1Factory)
