Job Description
Full Job Description TMI Transportation is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our shuttle transportation services in Port Washington, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in transportation operations, dispatching, scheduling, and driver management. This individual will ensure our operation runs safely, efficiently, and professionally while maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day transportation operation. Dispatch drivers and monitor daily routes. Create and manage driver schedules. Supervise CDL drivers and provide operational support. Ensure on-time performance and service reliability. Coordinate vehicle assignments with the maintenance team. Respond quickly to operational issues and emergencies. Maintain compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and company policies. Conduct driver meetings and assist with training and onboarding. Maintain operational reports and documentation. Communicate with customers, project managers, and company leadership. Promote a safe and professional work environment. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of transportation operations or dispatch experience. Previous management or supervisory experience preferred. Strong dispatching and scheduling experience required. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office). Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations preferred. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Must pass a background check and drug screening. Pay $80,000 per year Biweekly salary Schedule Full-time Monday-Saturday sundays as needed On-call as needed to support operations Work Location Port Washington, Wisconsin Why Join TMI Transportation?
