Key Responsibilities for the
Operations Manager:
Lead day-to-day manufacturing and production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. Manage, mentor, and develop production supervisors and operational personnel. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost reduction, and process optimization. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Monitor key operational metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary. Coordinate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and customer service teams to achieve business objectives. Oversee production scheduling, workforce planning, and resource allocation. Develop and maintain operational procedures that support growth and scalability. Manage facility performance, equipment utilization, and maintenance activities. Support strategic planning and operational initiatives to improve overall business performance. Qualifications for the
