About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Operations Manager to support and elevate the performance of one to multiple locations within a growing organization. This leader will be responsible for driving operational excellence, developing management teams, improving profitability, and ensuring a consistent guest experience across all assigned locations. The ideal candidate is passionate about leadership, accountability, team development, and building systems that create long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

Coach, develop, and support store leadership teams. Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including sales, labor, food cost, and profitability. Ensure consistent execution of company standards, policies, and procedures.

Partner with leadership to identify operational opportunities and implement solutions. Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews. Support hiring, onboarding, training, and succession planning efforts. Analyze business trends and develop action plans to drive results.

Foster a positive culture centered around accountability, teamwork, and guest satisfaction. Assist with new initiatives, process improvements, and growth strategies.

Qualifications:

3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, or hospitality operations. Proven ability to lead and develop management teams. Strong understanding of labor management, financial reporting, and operational metrics. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to travel between locations as needed. Experience with coaching, performance management, and team development.
