Drive performance as a Site Manager by using data, metrics, and technology to optimize site operations Lead daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, staffing, and performance tracking Hire, train, and develop high-performing team members as part of your Site Manager leadership responsibilities Grow revenue by increasing membership sales, retention, and overall site profitability Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues with a customer-first mindset Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational site, including equipment upkeep and basic maintenance oversight Engage the local community through B2B partnerships, marketing initiatives, fundraisers, and Chamber involvement Create a positive, accountable, and team-driven culture as a Site Manager What You'll Need to Succeed as a
