Job Description
This position requires frequent travel at both the state and regional levels Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Construction Supervisor to support our ongoing FTTH (Fiber to the Home) construction projects. This role is critical to the successful execution of both aerial and underground construction operations. The Field Construction Supervisor will oversee daily field activities, manage crews and subcontractors, ensure quality control, and maintain strict adherence to safety and project timelines. This position reports directly to the Project Manager and plays a key leadership role in driving productivity and operational excellence. Extensive travel to active job sites is required , and candidates must be willing to work in the field regularly to support multiple project locations. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of aerial and underground construction crews and subcontractors. Issue work assignments, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards. Ensure weekly production reporting, including reviewing and compiling accurate field as-builts, TIC numbers, and project photos for billing. Maintain scheduling adherence and enforce project quality control measures. Utilize Vitruvi software for documentation, scheduling, and reporting. Provide leadership, coaching, and support to field teams to maintain productivity and morale. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, municipalities, and vendors. Ensure compliance with company procedures and all health and safety regulations. Travel frequently to various job sites to monitor progress, resolve field issues, and support crews in the field. Ensure accurate and timely billing based on verified field data. Physical & Work Requirements Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Willingness and ability to travel extensively to multiple job sites as required. Valid Driver's License with clean MVR; DOT Physical card required (CDL preferred). Ability to pass background check and drug screening. Physically capable of walking job sites, standing for extended periods, and navigating active construction environments. Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience in general construction, with at least 3+ years in

field supervisory roles. Strong working knowledge of aerial and underground construction practices. Proficiency in reading construction prints, as-builts, and industry documentation. Strong computer skills; experience with Vitruvi software is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and crews across different job sites. Proactive, highly organized, and results-oriented. Construction Management degree is preferred but not required. Bilingual candidates strongly preferred (Spanish or Portuguese). U.S. Citizenship or legal resident status required. Why Join Us?
