Hospitality Aide Position -

Hospital Setting Shifts:

10pm-6am Must be able to help cover weekends

Hospitality Job Summary:

Right at Home is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospitality Aide to join our team. This position plays a vital role in enhancing the patient experience by providing non-clinical support to patients, families, and nursing staff. The Hospitality Aide ensures that patient rooms are well-stocked, comfortable, and that patients' needs are met in a timely and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct hourly rounding to check on patients and assist with non-clinical needs. Answer call lights and relay patient requests to appropriate staff. Assist with filling out patient whiteboards with updated care information. Refill water pitchers and ensure patients have access to fresh water. Stock and organize patient rooms with essential supplies. Assist nursing staff with basic patient care tasks as needed, under supervision. Provide a friendly and supportive presence to patients and their families. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients and staff.
