Job Description
Job description: We are a growing, multi-revenue food and beverage operation seeking a Multi-Unit Manger to lead day-to-day operations across multiple concepts at a single location. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, and fostering a positive, high-performance work environment. The ideal candidate is an experienced operations leader who can manage complexity, lead diverse teams equitably, and ensure consistent quality across multiple revenue streams. This position works closely with an operations management team and internal partners to ensure compliance, accountability, and exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Partner regularly with the operations management team to provide updates, insights, and operational support Provide overall leadership and management of the location, overseeing daily operations, team performance, financial results, and the delivery of an elevated, fine-dining guest experience in a high-volume hospitality environment. Lead and oversee all catering operations for the location, including planning, execution, client coordination, staffing, and service delivery to ensure a high-quality guest experience and achievement of operational and financial goals. Collaborate with Human Resources on staffing, training, performance management, and compliance-related tasks Lead, train, and develop team members to ensure consistent service and operational excellence Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment for guests and employees Create and manage weekly schedules to ensure proper staffing coverage Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently Monitor food quality, service standards, and preparation methods to ensure consistency Manage cash handling procedures, including deposits and change orders Review, approve, and reconcile invoices Process refunds and research receipts through the POS system to minimize discrepancies Ensure safe, legal, and responsible service of alcoholic beverages Oversee equipment maintenance in accordance with safety and preventive maintenance standards Manage inventory levels, place orders, and retrieve supplies as needed Qualifications Proven experience managing staff and operations in the food and beverage industry Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to make thoughtful, informed decisions using input from multiple stakeholders Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills Ability to pass a background check Availability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation and a strong record of punctuality Compensation & Benefits Paid training Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan Health, dental, and vision insurance options Management bonus program
