Lander Pet Connection Operations Manager Full time
Position Salary:
$40K - $50K commensurate with skills and experience Paid time off Some flexibility in work schedule.
Reports to:
Board of Directors Overview:
The Lander Pet Connection is looking for a motivated, dependable, and compassionate individual who genuinely enjoys working with animals and people and being part of a team.
Purpose:
The Operations Manager runs the day to day operations of the LPC.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Personnel Management and Shelter Operations
  • Supervises animal care and administrative staff
  • Oversees hiring, promotions, performance evaluations, training and work scheduling
  • Oversees animal health issues, adoptions and animal intake
  • Oversees and promotes Fosters and Volunteers
  • Oversees ordering supplies and vaccines/treatments
  • Oversees client and donor Management
  • Learns and oversees animal care and client management software programs
  • Oversees the financial operations of LPC
  • Oversees social media, web design, advertising and fundraising
  • Meets and reports regularly to the Board of Directors
  • Prepare reports and budget for quarterly Board Meetings
  • Supervises community outreach and represents LPC at community events
  • Establish media relationships and educational outreach
  • Make media connections to increase visibility and awareness
  • Non-Profit experience ideal but not required.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
