Job description: PWADC is seeking motivated, athletic and competitive candidates for the position of 2nd Shift Order Selector. Order Selectors work from 3:00pm until all orders have been shipped. The Selector pulls the requested cases by hand and stacks them on a pallet for transport. This position is in a union environment with established production standards which must be met weekly.

Shift:

2nd Shift, 3:00pm-Until Finished. Part Time Order Selectors will work weekends if needed

Pay Rate:

$22:50 up to $27

Requirements:

THIS IS AN EXTERMELY FAST PACED, PHYSICALLY DEMANDING JOB. HEAVY LIFTING UP TO 90 LBS IS REQUIRED.

Ability to work under a production quota system. Order Selectors must be able to pull an average of 185 cases per hour by the end of their 90 day probation period, and thereafter. Probationary Order Selectors must show improvement each week in order to continue their 90 day probation period. Ability to work in extreme temperature conditions is required. Temperatures in Perishables range from 0 degrees to -20 degrees. There is an extremely strict attendance policy during the 90 day probation period. In the event of an emergency, you must see your manager and have supporting documentation. Mandatory Overtime, Weekends and Holidays are required.
