Full-time from mid-August through December, transitioning to part-time beginning in January. Part-time hours may be as low as 10 hours per week, with generous unpaid time off available during the summer months. Position Overview Formal Fashions, a trusted leader in performance apparel since 1978, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately entering customer orders into our software system. The ideal candidate is comfortable using computers, enjoys detail-oriented work, and takes pride in being accurate and organized. Responsibilities Enter customer orders with a high degree of accuracy Review order information and identify any discrepancies Maintain organized and accurate records Work with the customer service team to ensure orders are processed on time Qualifications Strong computer and typing skills Exceptional attention to detail Highly organized and dependable Able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment Previous data entry or office experience is helpful but not required This position is a great fit for someone who wants full-time seasonal work during our busiest months and a lighter, flexible schedule during the rest of the year.
