We're a small e-commerce company specializing in premium indoor plants, shipped and delivered to homes across the country. We're looking for a Seasonal Greenhouse Associate to support our team during our busy fall and holiday season. This is a part-time, seasonal position of approximately 10-16 hours per week. No plant experience is required, we'll teach you what you need to know. Experience working with plants, in a warehouse, or in a production environment is a plus. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, pays attention to the details, and likes working as part of a small team. There may also be an opportunity for continued employment beyond the seasonal period based on performance and business needs. What You'll Do Prepare customer orders by pulling materials, cleaning and potting plants Wrap products and pack boxes for shipment Receive, unpack and organize inventory Help maintain a clean, organized and efficient warehouse Support the team with other order fulfillment and production tasks as needed What We're Looking For Previous greenhouse, production or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail and care for the quality of your work Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively with a small team Basic computer skills, including familiarity with iOS/Mac Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks Authorization to work in the
