Our client, a well-known bakery café and food distribution company, is looking for Warehouse Order Selectors to join their Supply Chain teams in Buena Park and Brea, CA . In this hands-on role, you will accurately pick, organize, and prepare bakery products and materials for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick and select products according to customer and store orders Verify product quantities, descriptions, and expiration dates before orders are completed Use handheld scanners, pick lists, or warehouse systems to process orders Build, stack, and organize pallets or carts for delivery and ensure products are properly secured for transportation Inspect products for damage, quality issues, or incorrect quantities and report discrepancies promptly Rotate inventory using FIFO practices when required Assist with loading and staging orders for delivery Follow all food safety, sanitation, warehouse, and workplace safety procedures at all times Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift Work closely with supervisors, drivers, and team members to ensure orders are completed on time Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:

Previous warehouse, order selecting, picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred Food distribution or bakery/food manufacturing experience is a plus Ability to read and understand order sheets, labels, and product information Strong attention to detail and accuracy with reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods Comfortable working in refrigerated or temperature-controlled areas Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay Rate:

$18.00

• $20.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule Option 1: Tuesday through Saturday, 6:00 AM
• 2:30 PM Schedule Option 2: Monday, 7:00 AM
• 3:30 PM | Tuesday through Friday, 6:00 AM
