Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred Experience using RF scanners, handheld devices, or warehouse management systems is a plus Basic computer skills required Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and accuracy Job Duties Pick and gather products using pick lists, RF scanners, or voice-picking technology Accurately fulfill customer orders and verify item numbers and quantities Pack, wrap, and label products for safe shipment Stage completed orders for shipping and transportation Process inventory transactions using warehouse systems, ERP software, SAP, or handheld scanners Load and unload materials as needed Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment when authorized Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment Follow company procedures and complete additional duties as assigned Physical Capabilities Composite-toe or steel-toe shoes required Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts Frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds Perform repetitive bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying tasks Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
