In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining our sample room, ensuring all samples are properly labeled and easily accessible. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for organization. Responsibilities Organize and maintain the sample room Become familiar with the Solé Shades woven and textile lines Request fulfillment on missing items Maintain stock of all samples and sampling materials Process all incoming sample requests Ensure sample request paperwork is completed and samples ship out in a timely manner Work closely with the workroom to produce sample stock Keep the showroom stocked with samples, snacks, take-aways, etc. Work on special projects Assist admin staff as needed Keep the sample room and showroom neat and orderly Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
