Job Description

Are you someone who takes pride in getting every detail right, but feel like your reliability and precision go unnoticed? Maybe you're in a role where the work matters but nobody acknowledges it, and you're ready for a place that values what you bring to the table. At Suntsu, the fulfillment team is the last line of quality defense before a product reaches the customer. Your attention to detail doesn't just matter here - it's essential. You'll be part of a close-knit team that takes accuracy seriously, in a company that's growing fast and invests in the people who help make it run. Suntsu Electronics, Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage customer orders and incoming merchandise with precision and care. Our quality standards are among the highest in the industry, backed by AS9100D and

As the Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will receive and stock incoming merchandise, prepare and ship customer orders with accuracy and urgency, and maintain a meticulously organized warehouse. You will inspect all incoming and outgoing merchandise to ensure accuracy and acceptable condition, and you will be trained in all testing and inspection procedures. Your precision plays a critical role in customer satisfaction and retention. As a full-time member of the team you will receive medical, dental, life, and retirement benefits. This includes 3 weeks of paid time off (PTO) per year, which increases to 4 weeks per year after 1 year of service, and 5 weeks per year after 2 years of service. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Computer literacy including basic proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook is expected; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) is a plus. This role offers a competitive starting hourly rate, negotiable based on experience, plus an annual incentive bonus tied to the business's performance. If you are interested in taking your career to the next level and joining a team where your work makes a direct impact every day, upload a copy of your resume to our application system (the link is below).
