In this role, you will manage the final stages of our order process. You will use Odoo to check incoming sales orders, physically put the orders together, contact customers specifically to confirm their delivery details, and dispatch our delivery drivers. If you enjoy a mix of physical warehouse work, basic digital coordination in Odoo, and quick, straightforward communication to keep deliveries on track, you will fit right in. Key Responsibilities 1.

Order Fulfillment & Packing Check Sales Orders:

Review incoming sales orders in Odoo to see what needs to be prepared for the day.

Pick & Pack:

Retrieve finished goods from warehouse shelves accurately based on Odoo instructions and pack them securely for transit.

Validate Processes:

Process and validate each step of the fulfillment in Odoo (scanning barcodes/updating order status) to ensure system accuracy. 2.

Delivery Confirmation Confirm Delivery Details:

Use Odoo's communication tools, phone, or email to reach out to customers for the sole purpose of confirming their delivery windows and verifying shipping addresses before orders leave the warehouse. 3.

Driver Dispatching Driver Hand-off:

Group completed orders by delivery area, brief drivers on their daily routes, and ensure they load the correct, validated packages into their vehicles. Qualifications & Requirements Odoo /

Computer Literacy:

Comfortable checking sales orders, validating warehouse processes, and logging brief notes in Odoo (or a similar ERP/inventory system). We can provide training as well.

Clear Communication:

Friendly and professional phone/email manners to quickly confirm logistics details with customers.

Multitasking:

Ability to balance physical order packing with quick administrative tasks like calling a customer or handing paperwork to a driver.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 40-50 lbs. when packing orders.

Reliability:

High punctuality to ensure drivers are dispatched on time every day. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay of $21-22/hour with further increase based on performance. Bonuses based on performance. A straightforward, active role using modern tools.
