XA Job Summary:

The Forklift Operator is responsible for efficiently and safely operating forklift/s to move, locate, relocate, and stack products within the distribution center. This position requires an individual who can work in a fast-paced environment, has a strong attention to detail, is flexible in their tasks, and is comfortable working at heights.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a forklift/s you are site certified on to retrieve and store products at various heights within the warehouse. Use an RF scanner to accurately track and manage inventory. Pick and stage orders as required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist with loading and unloading products from delivery trucks as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Perform daily equipment checks to ensure the cherry picker is in safe working condition. Collaborate with warehouse team members to optimize workflow and meet distribution goals. Flexibly get on and off the forklift/s you are site certified on to perform various tasks as required. Ensure all tasks are completed with a high level of attention to detail. Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift, push, and pull 50-75+ lbs. throughout the shift. Frequent climbing on and off the forklift/s you are site certified on as needed. Comfortable working at heights to retrieve and store products. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
