Duties Use RF scanners and barcode scanning technology to accurately pick items according to order specifications Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, cherry pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools safely and efficiently Load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment while adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements Pack products securely for shipping, ensuring quality control standards are met or exceeded Manage inventory by stocking shelves, replenishing supplies, and updating inventory management systems regularly Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming goods against purchase orders and documentation Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency throughout the warehouse Skills Proven experience operating warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and heavy machinery Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software Skilled in order picking, packing, shipping & receiving procedures with attention to accuracy Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting safely and effectively Familiarity with barcode scanning technology for logistics purposes Excellent understanding of safety protocols, PPE use, and safe operation of heavy equipment Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities during order fulfillment This role is ideal for motivated individuals who are passionate about warehouse operations and eager to develop their skills in a thriving logistics environment.
